[구미=뉴시스] 박홍식 기자 = 경부고속도로 경북지역본부 칠곡(서울방향)휴게소는 '장애인 편의시설 인식개선 홍보 캠페인'을 진행했다고 5일 밝혔다.

경북지체장애인협회 칠곡군지회, 경북칠곡군장애인편의증진기술지원센터와 공동으로 추진했다.

장애인 편의시설 및 인식 개선을 주제로 한 카툰 전시회가 열려 방문객들의 눈길을 끌었다.

장애인 전용주차구역 준수, 올바른 편의시설 이용 문화를 알리는 홍보물 배부 및 캠페인 활동이 함께 진행됐다.

전경진 소장은 "앞으로도 지역사회 유관기관과 협력해 누구나 불편없이 이용할 수 있는 무장애 휴게소 환경을 조성하고 사회적 책임을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
